STONETHREE - Support Service

Stone Three places a significant emphasis on timely, consistent and accurate technical support and has developed reliable and cost-effective systems to achieve this goal. StoneTrhee provides a Technical Support contract as part of its services in order to add value to the customer using its solutions. Technical Support includes remote service and routine on-site visits. Weekly reports are sent to the customer detailing solution availability, OPC interoperability and PSD performance indicators. Stone Three continuously monitors system health for any issues between Sensors with communication equipment, camera or lighting. Server health monitoring includes disk space, CPU usage, memory usage, and OPC connection health monitoring.
